01. | FIT CHECK. Let’s be sure we’re a good fit. In this 30-minute free intro call, I’ll ask a few simple questions about your organization’s situation and answer any questions you have.

02. | DECISION TIME. After our call, I’ll send an email with the package and pricing options so that you can select the program that best meets the needs of your organization.

03. | COACHING BEGINS. We’ll kick things off with an initial meeting between myself, the sponsor, and the participants to establish expectations. From there, each person will be responsible for scheduling their sessions so that we can dive into the coaching.

04. | MID-POINT CHECK. Halfway through the program, I’ll review participation levels and share any notable high-level themes with the sponsor so they can proactively support the employees in their growth.

05. | FINAL MEETING. Upon completing the coaching program, we’ll recap the key takeaways and I’ll make recommendations on the next steps and ways the sponsor can continue their efforts to develop their employees.
